Once you order your item is delivered with Mercurial speed. If you order on a week day the turn around is twenty four hours to delivery. The packaging is an excellent high density cardboard. Although I haven't opened my two chairs yet as my living room is undergoing a major refurb but I have every confidence they will be good as described by other satisfied reviewers.
