Very good reproduction, I have been looking for a good quality Le Corbusier LC4 chaise. Found the company online . Slightly apprehensive as there are a lot of terrible poor quality reproductions out there . Not this company. Nice leather , well made and great price. Customer service and delivery excellent . I will definitely be using this company modborn again.

I ordered the repro Eames with with Ottoman in Aniline white leather after spending a lot of time looking at various producers. It arrived within 48 hrs, well packaged and was easy to assemble. It is an excellent copy of a design classic and I'm very happy with the purchase. I would recommend Mod born for any piece that they manufacture,

Spent months trying to find an Eames replica chair but came across some real horror stories that stopped me from actually ordering. Found plenty of sites not to trust, but none I could. Then I stumbled on Trust Pilot. The rest is history. Given the nightmares that buying from other sellers involves, Modborn are a rare find - honest and efficient. Recommended without hesitation.
The chair is exactly as described. It arrived in just a few days, when others were quoting weeks or months. Packaging was strong and safe. Keep on Modborn.

I've been looking for an affordable, good quality, Eames Lounger for some time, and, in my opinion, Modborn's offering is one of the best available. I purchased the brown leather/cherry wood veneer version. The plywood shells are satisfyingly substantial and beautifully veneered. The aniline leather is plush, strong and blemish free, and all the fittings solid and well made. The chair arrived just two days after I placed my order... I have no complaints..!

It's quite a tall order to find a good quality Eames chair. The main pitfalls are build standard and whether it's leather or not. Some claim to be "soft compound leather", for example, which turns out not be leather at all. So after a lot of research it really only came down to Modborn.
I had some questions (see above) and their pre-sales over the phone was amazing - genuinely helpful, kind and patient. Despatch was for the next working day and they use the fantastic DPD for their deliveries - the best-organised of all delivery companies I've experienced (this becomes important when you miss their first delivery attempt!) The chair itself is everything it's cracked up to be - no build or quality qualms whatsoever - and with beautiful (genuine) leather. I put it together in five minutes but then noticed there was't a user-guide for a couple of the controls.
I called up, received big apologies that it hadn't been included and within ten minutes a pdf was in my inbox. At the same time, I asked about a second chair and was immediately offered a discount.
So. all in all, an exemplary company to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
