Extremely fast service, very well packed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of our 2 chairs given they are replicas, especially the quality of the leather. For the price I was expecting less so I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The white office chairs not only look fantastic and are extremely comfortable, but I am now confident the leather will last.

Very good efficient service. Slight problem with parts included but rectified very quickly with prompt re-issue. A test of good quality service when things not right. Overall very pleased with chair. Perhaps wish I had bought the bigger one. Note that chair is a bit tricky to assemble. Use 2 people.

An extremely well made product - solid stainless steel frame, and Italian aniline leather. Many other Barcelona chair replicas are priced far higher, and have a hollow frame and imitation leather (plastic) cushions. This chair is superb in every way. Highly recommended - the service was excellent - will buy again from this company. I'm impressed, and I spent a long time looking at all the other alternatives on the UK market - none even comes close, apart from Knoll, but you'll have to pay 2 grand or thereabouts for one of their chairs

Bought the Barcelona chair from Modborn and it's lovely- extremely well made and in addition, it is covered with Italian aniline leather - many such chairs on the UK market are much more expensive, and are covered with imitation (faux) leather. An excellent product no reservations. Modborn dealt with my purchase quickly and efficiently and kept me informed. i will buy from them again, no reservations at all.

I have to say that the service from Modborn has been excellent. Despite a slight issue with the chair, the attempts made by the customer service team to rectify this was very good.
They have reconciled the problem and gone out of their way to fix the issue with the least upheavle for me.
It was a very personal service with fast, friendly and efficient responses to my questions.
Most impressed....I would definitely recommend them and make future purchases.

I've always dreamt about owning an Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman, so when I learnt you could get replicas I did some research online and found ModBorn offered one of the best prices and had good reviews but I was a little apprehensive as I've never bought anything big online except from Amazon. However, the whole experience was great. Delivery was the very next day and I had a very tight schedule but they did their best to make sure the delivery driver came at the right time. He replied to all my emails quickly and he was very helpful. The product itself is high quality and feels like the real thing. It was mostly assembled but the arms needed to be put on which was quite fiddly and I needed a hand from a friend but it was no big deal. Highly recommended.

After an indifferent start, order didn't arrive when it was supposed/
i called and was told they were very sorry but the courier had been held up
as it was easter.
they told me he was very sorry but it would be tuesday for delivery.
then on Friday morning he emailed me early to say the tables would be here today.
the tables arrived as the email came in.

A very fine product indeed. I thoroughly recommend this company. The items were dispatched promptly and all dealings with ModBorn were fast, friendly and businesslike. Would definitely buy again. One small point: I didn't find the assembly instructions until after I'd assembled the chair! So if at first you don't find, keep on looking.
