This is the second time I have purchased these Eames chairs from ModBorn, they are brilliant. I now have a pair that sit in my lounge, very comfortable, only problem is you can't see them when you sit on them!!!! Mod born could not have been more helpful, any problems or queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently by the very friendly staff. It is a delight to buy from a company that cares about the customers experience and satisfaction, others would do well to take a lesson from this company. I certainly buy from them again. Ordered three eames office chairs. Customer service was very good, answering all my questions. Unfortunately, order let down by third-party courier company, so delivery delayed by a couple of days, but I was kept informed at all stages. Chairs have arrived safe and sound and are very comfortable. For an online company it was reassuring to have such pro-active customer service and good communication with the client at all stages. Would use again.

Great Service received from ModBorn Furniture. Ordered Sunday and chair arrived on Wednesday. Pretty good for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and at a reasonable delivery charge (some companies don't deliver here at all or charge an inflated rate). So, full marks on that. Required a spare part after assembly and this arrived within 2 days. No quibbling. And follow up email to check if all ok. Speedy response and good communication.

The chairs were delivered on time and rather quickly. Unfortunately, there were missing 6 screws. We informed Modborn, and they responded quickly. The first package with screws got lost, but the second time it arrived. The answers from customer center came quickly, and all in all we were happy.

I did not incur any further charges even when it was my fault delivery could not be made. The products look great too, for replicas. I will be back in the future to buy more items for sure.

I have always loved the Eames Lounger and working in the field of Design i have a keen eye for attention to detail and quality. A really Eames Lounger is priced out-with many peoples budgets. However, ModBorn offer the classic design at a 10th of the price and 100% of the exacting style and quality. Priced so low it is easy to be sceptical of the quality, however, don't be! The communication from ModBorn to ensure my chair was delivered next day, to a new address and in perfect condition is worth the price of the chair alone!
The actual chair itself is perfect! High quality materials, solid construction, real leather and rosewood ply.....it really questions the price Vitra an Herman-Miller charge for there chairs! If i had more space i would order another one today! But i will definitely be back in contact with the level chaps at ModBorn for all my furniture needs.

I bought an Eames style chair about 7 months ago and I'm so glad I did. I did some research online before buying and read a lot of positive reviews for ModBorn products, the price was the best I could get and the quality of the chair is excellent. It's made from beautifully soft aniline leather and is so comfortable. I've since bought a Le Corbusier style recliner and an Eiffel Tower chair from ModBorn Furniture. I love all the pieces I've bought from ModBorn and they are much admired by visitors. I highly recommend ModBorn Furniture.

I've wanted this chair ever since I first saw another replica years ago. However, the prices on nearly all the websites were out of my price range. Then, during a google search, I discovered modBorn and was delighted to discover I could afford the Eames Style Lobby chair. I was worried that perhaps the lower price might be reflected in the quality but that turned out to be untrue. The chair is very well made and the leather is beautifully soft. I'm delighted with this purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish desk chair.
