| Ordered three eames office chairs. Customer service was very good, answering all my questions. Unfortunately, order let down by third-party courier company, so delivery delayed by a couple of days, but I was kept informed at all stages. Chairs have arrived safe and sound and are very comfortable. For an online company it was reassuring to have such pro-active customer service and good communication with the client at all stages.
