Charles Eames Lounge Chair

Excelent build quality, wasn't expecting such quality leather, and the wood is actually real wood (these days it's rare to see actual natural materials used). The chair itself is easy to put together, except putting the seat and the rest together was a complete nightmare, until I recruited a second pair of hands. Delivery was very quick (3 working days from England to Slovenia) and packaging was excelent (everything is protected in bubble wrap / foam) The only thing that bothers me is plastic "hub" that is put in base of a seat... I have a feeling that might get worn out and the whole seat will start to wobble. All in all 4.99/5. Cheers.

Charles Eames chair - Love it

Black Nest of Tables

Hi, Placed an Order for the tables mentioned above. Order processed and delivered very promptly, just a matter of days in fact, and to N. Ireland. Item very well packaged with next to no chance of damage short of dropping it from a block of flats. Tables were exactly as described, good quality and very heavy and worth every penny considering other retailers are asking, half as much again or even twice as much for the same type of furniture. This item highly recommended as are MODBORN FURNITURE. I now have them in my Favourites Bar and I will certainly purchase from them in the future. This is an honest appraisal of my order with MODBORN, and I have no connection with the Company.

LC4 Chaise Lounge Pony Delivery to France

The Pony arrived on schedule but the mounts were missing from the pack and I had the incorrect cushion. However once again he came to the rescue and had the correct items dispatched the very next day and they were with me within 4 days. The service is one of the best I have experienced. I only give 4 stars as there is always room for improvement and it would appear that the improvement needs to come from the dispatch area as opposed to sales and support. The Pony is great. So the quality of the furniture is excellent and we have no problem in recommending this company

Purchase two styles of chair and delivered to France”

I ordered two chairs at the same time. An Eames and a Pony LC4. I was told that there was a slight delay on the Pony and would have to wait 3-4 weeks. My Eames chair arrived within a week of ordering. It was well packed but upon opening there was a slight paint flaking on the leg of the chair. Very hard to notice but nonetheless a bit annoying. I advised them of this and they offered a small refund which I gladly accepted. The advisor was very responsive to emails answering sometimes within minutes and it was a pleaseure to feel there was someone there.The chair itself is wonderful and now sits proudly in the living room with a race to see who can get to it including my 6yr old!

Nice Chair

I ordered a repro eames style chair and footstool on Sunday and it arrived the following Tuesday. Great service! The chair was exactly as pictured and is of high quality. Quite a bit of assembly is required, but nothing to technical. Excellent value for money

Excellent Service - Very Happy

Ordered a nest of tables and emailed them on a Sunday night asking if I could collect from their warehouse. Within the hour I got a response telling me no problem. There was further email correspondence as I wanted to change my collection date, nothing was too much for these guys so full marks for customer service and many other business's could learn from these people. Got to the warehouse and they had my very well packaged nest of glass tables. It was taken to my car and loaded in for me. Got home, unpackaged it and very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product which was excellent. Overall, great service and an excellent product.

Ordered, Delivered, No Problems

Ordered a Barcelona Chair for my Sisters birthday present from ModBorn. All other companies stated 12 weeks delivery, modBorn delviered within 3 working days, perfectly shipped, described and priced. So much so it arrived about 4 weeks before her birthday. No hassle purchasing and delivery is what I hoped for and ModBorn delivered. I can't describe their returns or complaints process as I had neither :-)

Ordered a nest of black bent glass tables and despite ordering early evening on a Sunday I received an email notification regarding the expected delivery day of my order. I responded to the email and even received a thank you email in response, this was Sunday evening! The items arrived on time, they were packaged like I've never seen before and the tables are simply stunning and superb quality. I would highly recommend modBorn to one and all.
