We ordered a Barcelona piece chair 18 months ago and were very happy with the quality so we ordered another, it arrived last week, no fuss, friendly customer service and a quality product.

Great service from start to finish

Ordering experience was quick, simple and very easy. Email contact confirming order and delivery. Then a super quick and efficient delivery, with the order extremely well packed. An order that for a change did not have missing or damaged parts. Great service.

Excellent all round

Extremely fast service, very well packed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of our 2 chairs given they are pezzos, especially the quality of the leather. For the price I was expecting less so I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The white office chairs not only look fantastic and are extremely comfortable, but I am now confident the leather will last. Thanks again and I will most certainly be purchasing more from you in the future, and be recommending you to friends.

Eames Recliner

Very good efficient service. Slight problem with parts included but rectified very quickly with prompt re-issue. A test of good quality service when things not right. Overall very pleased with chair. Perhaps wish I had bought the bigger one. Note that chair is a bit tricky to assemble. Use 2 people.

Eames Style white Leather Chair and Ottoman

Very pleased with the service and product. Allow about an hour to attach the arms and base and then sit back and enjoy the comfort and looks of this well made chair. Spoke with Modborn sales team who has very helpful and would highly recommend anyone considering a chair of this type to look no further than ModBorn

Barcelona chair

An extremely well made product - solid stainless steel frame, and Italian aniline leather. Many other Barcelona chair pezzos are priced far higher, and have a hollow frame and imitation leather (plastic) cushions. This chair is superb in every way. Highly recommended - the service was excellent - will buy again from this company. I'm impressed, and I spent a long time looking at all the other alternatives on the UK market - none even comes close, apart from Knoll, but you'll have to pay 2 grand or thereabouts for one of their chairs

Barcelona Chair

Bought the Barcelona chair from Modborn and it's lovely- extremely well made and in addition, it is covered with Italian aniline leather - many such chairs on the UK market are much more expensive, and are covered with imitation (faux) leather. An excellent product no reservations. Modborn dealt with my purchase quickly and efficiently and kept me informed. i will buy from them again, no reservations at all.

Service that has exceeded my expectations

I have to say that the service from Modborn has been excellent. Despite a slight issue with the chair, the attempts made by the customer service team to rectify this was very good. They have reconciled the problem and gone out of their way to fix the issue with the least upheavle for me. It was a very personal service with fast, friendly and efficient responses to my questions. Most impressed....I would definitely recommend them and make future purchases.

eames style lounger walnut & white leather

Fantastic service and quality chair ordered and delivered 24 hours later assembled in less than an hour and very pleased this is a quality chair and at a very good price. definitely recommend if you are considering this chair. I will certainly look at this site first should I need any further quality furniture items.

Fantastic - great product and service

I've always dreamt about owning an Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman, so when I learnt you could get pezzos I did some research online and found ModBorn offered one of the best prices and had good reviews but I was a little apprehensive as I've never bought anything big online except from Amazon. However, the whole experience was great. Delivery was the very next day and I had a very tight schedule but they did their best to make sure the delivery driver came at the right time. He replied to all my emails quickly and he was very helpful. The product itself is high quality and feels like the real thing. It was mostly assembled but the arms needed to be put on which was quite fiddly and I needed a hand from a friend but it was no big deal. Highly recommended.

Glass Tables

After an indifferent start, order didn't arrive when it was supposed/ i called and was told they were very sorry but the courier had been held up as it was easter. they told me he was very sorry but it would be tuesday for delivery. then on Friday morning he emailed me early to say the tables would be here today. the tables arrived as the email came in. I thank you Modborn very much for his endeavour to get the order delivered

Charles Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman (all black)

A very fine product indeed. I thoroughly recommend this company. The items were dispatched promptly and all dealings with ModBorn were fast, friendly and businesslike. Would definitely buy again. One small point: I didn't find the assembly instructions until after I'd assembled the chair! So if at first you don't find, keep on looking.

Fantastic service and quality!

Tuesday this week I ordered a Nero Ash black Eames lounge chair and yesterday (Thursday) it was delivered in the Netherlands. I am very happy that I found this company. I had a very bad experience with another company, but fortunately, thanks to VISA I got my money back. I can and will recommend Modborn Furniture to my family and friends! Thank you great service!

Excellent Service

Modborn Furniture has very good customer service - I bought 20 low back ribbed chairs from them. Quality was excellent and I always got a swift reply and if there was something wrong they resolved the issue quickly. We will definitely use this company again.
