Eames Office Chair

Well, these guys know what service is. Had a little issue with one of the first chairs and they fixed it really great. They kept responding very quickly and were very creative with finding the right solution. After that, I ordered some more chairs, because I was confident that if there would be another issue, they would solve the problem. The next shipment had no issues, however, so in the end i'm very pleased with service, products & pricing.

Just to say my daughter moved house and the suite she received from you has now pride and place in her front room, excellent quality and great follow up from your company, thanks alot and it was a pleasure to do business with you.

Barcelona Chair and Foot Stool

Fantastic service, very attentive and great comms. Items arrived really quickly and exactly as described. I already had the chair and stool and just required new leather pads. The team were very helpful with measurements and offered the items at a great price. Very happy with both service and goods. Would recommend to others. Thank you!

Eames Lounge Chair Reproduction

Ordered the item on the Weds. evening, and it was delivered on Fri. lunchtime, also it was very well packaged,so no damage to goods. The leather is very good quality, and there is a swatch provided so you can see the thickness. It is a full grain leather, but I'm not sure if it's Aniline as stated, maybe semi-aniline(ie.treated).The plywood frame is 7 layers thick and there were no splits or blemishes in the finish. The aluminium parts are of very good quality, with no sharp edges or raggedy bits on the castings.I managed to assemble the chair in about an hour, the trickiest bit being joining the back frame to the seat, but the missus helped with that. All in all I am very happy with this iconic chair, bought at a fraction of the retail price at some "high-end" stores.Lastly a word about the customer service,I was kept informed at all stages by email, about despatch time, delivery time, etc.,so I would definitely order something from this store again.
