Just bought six chairs via EBey and directly. Answered questions very quickly and despatched product same day. Chairs are excellent quality exactly as described - high quality repro rather than cheap rip off design. Great! Very friendly service. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be buying more.

I have many Barcelona chairs, at Home & Office, purchased many from various suppliers, But this one I purchased from modBorn is probably the best qulaity I have bought, at a Fantastic Bargain price. Eames office chair - supplier takes pride in its quality

I ordered an Eames style office chair from another supplier and the coating on the leather made the chair feel 'plasticky'. I thought 'you get what you pay for' but decided to return it anyway. Then for only £20 more I found modBorn. What a difference!!! The chair is lovely. Soft leather [coated sure it has to be to protect from stains but not so it feels plasticky]. Great communication, excellent packaging, overall very pleased customer. I know ordering a chair can be daunting without feeling it or sitting on it but I would recommend you give these guys a go. Will be looking at their other items now. I'm a dedicated internet shopper and so glad I found modBorn.

Excellent service. Nest of three all glass coffee tables, well packed, just as described, good communication, very fast despatch and delivery. In addition to all this, they were a brilliant price. We are very happy customers and would use again.

Above Expectations

Had a question - this was answered quickly / order process was simple. Delivery was on time and well communicated. I thought I had a problem with the product but on speaking with customer service it was apparent that I hadn't taken off the protective plastic. They communicated well and were respectful. Afterwards I received a follow up email to check all was ok. Pleased to see this type of service has not been lost completely. So all positive and no negatives - well done - no problems recommending.

The item arrived on time and was very easy to assemble. We are delighted with the quality of the leather and the steel frame. This chaise is a focal point in our room and is excellent value for money. It is so comfortable we can't get our teenage daughter off it!

Since last week Modborn's Eames Lounge chair is part of our living room. After long survey on the web and all the frightening stories about poor materials (fake leather and poor finishing) I was really sceptical about the competitive prices listed in the ModBorn webshop. The reason for placing my purchase was because of the positive rating on Ebay and Amazon, the short delivery time and the quick and polite customer service answering all my questions (and sending a leather sample on beforehand). The good impression continued while the whole ordering and shipping process (endless 4 days shipping to Germany (delivered by Hermes)).Very good and the wooden and aluminium parts are nicely finished from all visible sides: the build quality of this chair is above our expectations and I hope to enjoy this beautiful piece of furniture for a long time.

J'ai dès lors décidé de prendre contact avec eux, histoire de faire un test.J'ai reçu très rapidement des informations complètes ainsi que toutes les réponses aux questions précises que j'avais posées. J'ai décidé de passer commande et tout ce qu'on m'avait promis s'est produit: J'ai reçu une confirmation pour la bonne réception du montant versé, sur la disponibilité du produit; j'ai reçu les infos concernant le tracking de ma commande, l'appel téléphonique du livreur pour confirmer la livraison qui s'est faite dans la fourchette de temps annoncé. J'habite en Belgique et je recommande chaudement cette entreprise fiable.
